As a long time customer using the services of TCG, time has come to find another service provider due to recurring incompetence and poor service received.

The lack of proper feedback a d resolution on behalf of TCG has resulted in packages not being delivered on time affecting my business.

I will not recommend, nor will I be using the services of TCG moving forward.
