The Courier Guy / Pudo is purposefully lying about bookings to make extra money out of their clients.

This is the 2nd booking which I had to pay for TWICE because according to their driver, the sender refused to handover the parcel. Yet, both senders confirmed the courier guy wasn't even at their premises! Two different senders say the same thing. This cost me double payment on both booking.
