Absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism and lack of sense of urgency by The Courier Guy in both Johannesburg and Nelspruit. They erroneously sent my parcel from Johannesburg to Nelspruit despite clear Johannesburg delivery instructions and then proceeded to misplace my parcel which has not been declared "missing" which I assume is a diplomatic way of saying it has been ******. There was no sense of commitment in keeping me updated as the status of my parcel and they also took a week to provide any sort of information - and this only happened when I contacted them. Now waiting indefinitely for forms to fill in as I have demanded a full refund including customs and duties taxes. They make zerio effort to show me the courtesy of responding and approach their jobs as a c**** that requires too much effort. If The Courier Guy cannot ensure the safe delivery of customers' parcels both locally and internationally then they need to close this business. The parcel involved was expensive and they show no interest or proactivity in resolving this matter with haste and expect me as the customer to chase them to follow up. Worst courier company in the country if you ask me. They are pathetic at customer service complaint resolution.
