AN ABSOLUTELY ****TY DELIVERY SERVICE AGENT

An absolutely pathetic courier company. Simply ****. A delivery carrying medical supplies was supposedly out for delivery today the 9th of February 2023, this ****ty courier company was contacted the entire day for information pertaining to delivery, with a call made at 5pm we were informed the driver is extremely busy and will arrive at 5.30. From 5.30pm to 7pm as I type this review we are still contacting them and there is no answer. The driver **** that he came and there was no answer at our premises, there are cameras here and the security confirmed no one arrived. This is honestly an absolutely **** courier company, pathetic in every sense of the word.
