Amazing service.

Thanks to the people working at The Courier Guy I could finally breathe. I received a waybill number from a company that was a supposedly a **** and inconsistent with their services. This morning I phoned The courier guy where I spoke to someone in the operations department ( If I remember correctly his name is Raymond or that’s at least what I heard) he was very helpful and told me not to worry he will look for the parcel and phone me back as soon as he found it. He phoned me back and told me the parcel is on it’s way I have nothing to worry about. I just want to thank him for his amazing service.
