Amazing customer service

I've recently had the pleasure of dealing with Simone at The Courier Guy. I had a little bit of a mess-up sending a valuable item to a illegitemate business. After doing my homework and realizing what I've done, I got into contact with Courier Guy to intercept the parcel and hopefully have it stopped before it reached the delivery address. Simone went out of her way to help me and keep me updated regarding the entire situation and even kept the ticket open for days so I didn't have to communicate with a different person everyday and explain my whole situation from start to finish. Thank you for your time and help. Without you I would've been totally *****ed (to put it nicely).
