Am really disappointed

To say the least am really disappointed with the service I sent a parcel in the morning on the 21st from Randfontein to Mpumalanga still they have not delivered. They even **** when I sent a email that the receiver said they will go to the office to collect whereas the was no such communication. This was supposedly an overnight delivery
