Always struggle for locker space

I am really fed up at this point. I have a parcel that I have trying to deposit for the last 4 days, and I've tried multiple lockers in my area, Krugersdorp, with no success. It's for an XL locker. I have tried twice a day everyday. I cannot use the kiosk as the reciever has paid for an XL locker and does not want to pay extra because of the issues that are being caused by your company. I am tired of struggling with this. I send out multiple parcels a week, and this is not the first time this has happened. You either need to place more lockers or fix your problematic system. I. AM.
