Almost Theft but caught out

We've literally almost just had our delivery ****** from the driver AYANDA and the cover your ass mentality of this organisation is ridiculous.

Get sent a POD and note that nothing has been signed. Contact my family in Durban to find out if they have the package - they say, the guy came to the back of the building, they asked him to come to the around to entrance - and then woosh he was gone). Contact the customer service centre (NOTE it is not central - you will speak to JHB team (number on website), explain your issue and then get transferred to Dbn office - how to complicate life). Customer service team in Durban calls driver who now says there was no-one to collect delivery and POD was uploaded by mistake. WOW - never ever has this happened before. Driver will call (I've had multiple deliveries where driver calls when he is here). Anyway - ask to speak to a manager and that of course is like asking for a miracle - Gillian then goes to explain that Driver did not try to *****, he went around and no-one was there so he left. The POD was in error.

Anyways we now wait for the delivery - what an absolute fiasco. Will stick to the DHL's and Skynet's of the world - no issues before.
