I order a parcel from hyperhome city in durban.When i receive my parcel it was damage a lot ,i contact the courier managerm in grabouw he told me the problem is not from the courier guy is coming from the suppliers like that ,but before my suppliers send my parcel they show me a pic of my parcel and everything was good. So now i must stand for the damage they course to mey parcel ,service with this complain was unexeptable cause they don"t want take the response of they damage.
