ALARM!

I sent a package to Cape Town. The lady who was supposed to receive the package was not at work at time of delivery. I asked them to return the NEXT day before 10 AM. They said yes.

2 days ago the lady phoned me and asked when her package is arriving. Gave her the tracking number and number of courier guy Malmesbury. They said the package is in the Cape Town Depot.

A few minutes later they phoned back and said the package was part of a hijacking.

I don’t understand how the system says the package is in the depot but the people says its hijacked???

I asked them about this and they said the driver’s scanner didn’t work so he didn’t book the package out. He just took it.

What is going to happen about this?? The package was worth more than R10 000!!! Now they want me to put a claim in to get UP TO R1000 back???

Pathetic. I don’t believe them.

I want footage of MY package being ******!
