AI responses do not work!!!!

I recently had the worst experience ever with this company. I received a pin for collection, when I opened the box my parcel was NOT IN THE BOX. I immediately reported it, only to have had streams of AI generated feedback! This happened on Monday night, I'm yet to get proper feedback IN PERSON regarding where my parcel went to! Shocking experience! :(
