Aggressive and Disrespectful Delivery Driver

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with a delivery driver named Thamsanqa Dzanibe. I placed my order using the GPS location picked up by Google Maps. The driver arrived at the wrong house, and instead of calmly contacting me for clarification, he called me shouting and full of attitude.

He spoke to me in an aggressive, condescending tone, as though he was scolding a child — all because he had gone to the wrong address and was told by someone there that they didn’t know me. I tried to explain that the location was correct, just the house number was different, and I even provided the correct one — but he wasn’t interested in listening. Instead, he continued yelling and told me to “never do that again,” then dropped the phone in my ear mid-call.

This behavior is absolutely uncalled for and incredibly unprofessional. If your drivers are unwilling to deliver respectfully in areas outside of the suburbs, then maybe they should reconsider where they work. I don’t expect to be shouted at or disrespected by someone providing a service I paid for.

This experience was not only disappointing, it was unacceptable.
