Aggression and arrogance!!!!

I would just like to express my disappointment with the 'owner driver' from The Courier Guy! This is a company that gets tremendous exposure but I think some of your 'contractors' are throwing your name in the gutters. I went to drop off my package at the Andrews Shell in Germiston and as i walked toward the boxes the bakkie pulled up and parked right in front of the boxes. The assistant, a young man jumped out and started by telling me that I was not suppose to drop off the package when his bakkie is there. I proceeded to ask him where that was mentioned as I know I have 24 hours to drop off my package. He then proceeded to get aggressive and told me I should just listen to him. They are there to collect and I should not be dropping off while they are there to collect. I told him I will follow up on this and I will report him. He said to go ahead. He will still be there everyday. Nothing will happen to him. I told him he should be glad he has a job and he responded that he doesn't care! Shouting and threatening!!! This is meant to be convenient but I am now too afraid to be there when he and his assistant are collecting or dropping off. I now wonder what will be done regarding this or is the young man correct in saying, "NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO HIM"!!!
