AGENTS NEED BETTER TRAINING!

The service that the Courier guy has been giving is rather pathetic!

I called the call centre, and I was through to a lady who did not know what she was doing, I had to give her all the information, and she refused to give me her name. When I called for the second time Geneva Gelly answered the phone and told me they don't have a team leader but would transfer me to the JHB Depo manager who was a black lady with no phone ethic whatsoever.

I have spent the whole morning on a call with them trying to find out where my parcel is! The last time they pulled a stunt like this I got a box with broken bowls! with an email asking if I still wanted them or should they discard off them.
