Added price to an original quote

I sent for and paid a quote and when they collected a parcel they realized that there was a difference with the measurement, instead of notifying me and asking for my consent to collect, or whether I agreed with the price difference, they just continued and held my parcels when I disputed the bill. They were too rude to understand my situation. There is a lady there, called Liezel Sholtz, who is defending the courier guy's wrongs with all her heart just to hurt the customers.
