Accounts is an Absolute MESS!

Accounts Department is an Absolute MESS!! Look I'm super happy with them collecting and delivering parcels, their they are excellent and for that reason alone I continue to use them for my business. Fighting for months for refunds of incorrectly charged invoices, I've even been charged for accounts that aren't mine, but my BIGGEST issue is for 4 months I've been trying to get a refund for a imaginary parcel they claimed they collected but never did, then this imaginary parcel was delivered to an imaginary me in a different province and then this imaginary me, signed for this imaginary parcel, thus commiting *****, by signing for imaginary parcel AS ME !! No actual parcel was ever collected, send or signed for, but they billed me for it and The Courier Guy signed a delivery note AS ME to say it was delivered to a address that DOES NOT EXSIST as it's not real!!!!! So if you do use their services, you will be happy with your parcel collect and delivery, but you will have to accept that you will be spending a little extra here and there for their accounts departments mistakes, call it The Courier Guy Annual Christmas bonus incentive plan....??
