Accounts a mess!

The Courier Guy used to be such a good Courier when we just opened the account. The collections and deliveries are still on time but the Account is in Shambles.

We have been fighting month after month with them because of incorrect invoices charged to our account and again our account is on hold...

We cannot deal with *********** personnel and non-working phone lines to try and resolve. No manager bothers to reply to emails or try to assist and resolve. Use any other courier service but beware of The Courier Guy, they **** you into having to pay for service which they have not rendered.
