Account Wrongly Debited - NO OWNERSHIP

Will try keep Short. Had an account with TCG. Was extremely happy. Even sent head office mails of praise regarding the East London Branch. Have all mails to prove. I have all records of everything, my business mainly send small ONX parcels. I have a watch dealer in CT that i send parcels too and from. One day 4 large empty Styrofoam boxes arrived at my store. Was busy so we accepted the waybill. Just loaded R2000 into my account. All was deducted due to the delivery of these empty boxes. phoned watch maker, did all homework and research and no one knows who ordered the empty boxes on my account. The amount was handed over (or tried to be) of R700 odd rand. On my online system nothing makes sense. Its the only parcel and details that are diff to any other parcel. Still according to TCG i ordered 4 large empty boxes Overnight and thats it. I have a good and successful business and was spending nearly R10 000 a month with the company. I DID NOT PLACE THE ORDER. Even tho i can pay the outstanding amount with ease. I refuse out of principal. Have all mails. Its an absolute joke. Youd think the owner would reverse a measly amount at his cost purely to keep a revenue of around R10k coming in. The last lady i dealt with regarding this was rather friendly, she told me they dotn make mistakes on the online system. In saying that my acc was blocked months ago already, and all of a sudden 2 amounts appeared on my account. EVEN THO IT WAS BLOCKED. Guess what, she looked into it and found it was mistake on their side and reversed it. Imagine that (again have all correspondence). Anyway, sad as i was super happy with their service etc. But sadly will NOT Recommend anyone their way. Regards Anthony.
