Accident with fleet vehicle.

i was involved in an accident with one of their vehicles on Friday, 30 November. There fault, driver admitted it and have business cards of witnesses. Their fleet manager keeps promising that the insurance company will be in contact, but nothing so far. The only times I've spoken to this Philip guy is when I phone him. He has not tried to contact me once. Now he seems to not be answering his phone. It has now been 10 days since the accident an no response. Pathetic!
