Accepting delivery to area that isn't serviced.

The Courier Guy does not deliver to my area, and I have no issue with that. The problem arises when I place an online order for delivery ,their system fails to indicate to the business that they do not service my area. Only once the parcel reaches the local hub do they suddenly realise they can’t deliver, creating unnecessary confusion and delays in returning the package to the sender. It should not be difficult to block my area for deliveries in their system to prevent this recurring problem.
