Absurd and disgusting service

I received a notification to say that delivery was going to take place. I stayed home the whole day because of this delivery. I called their call center 3times and was given assurance that my delievery will take place GUESS what.???????? Its 19:00pm still no sign of the courier guy vehicle...this is just absurd and disgusting service
