Absolutely Terrible Service – Courier Guy Stanger & Pudo

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Courier Guy Stanger and Pudo. I paid for two lockers to send a parcel today, only to arrive at the drop-off point and find the lockers completely full. I then went to the Courier Guy office for assistance, but the staff didn’t even try to help. I was told to “go to another drop-off point” because the drivers only clear lockers at 09:30 for 10:00.

I travelled to another drop-off point, only to discover they didn’t even have the extra-large locker I had already paid for. This is not the first time we’ve had to deal with their incompetence, and clearly nothing has improved.

Honestly, I don’t even know why I’m writing this review because management is just as lax and unhelpful as the staff. Their service is unreliable, frustrating, and absolutely not worth the money. I will be looking elsewhere in the future.
