Absolutely shocking service

Paid for overnight delivery. No one at Pinetown office answers phone OR they put the phone down on you on purpose. Delivery guy phones this morning telling me he’s outside my gate. Go check, no one there. Turns out he went to the wrong address. Really?? You have one job. Phone him and he informs me I’ll have to wait. Phone Pinetown office. Eventually someone answers. Promises heaven and earth and here I am, still waiting. Second time in two weeks with these guys. Totally hopeless. Will avoid them like they avoid there phone calls!
