Absolutely ridiculous

You are absolutely pathetic. First of all your people are *****ing around and do not do the deliveries properly. My package was out for delivery today. I stayed at home waiting to receive it as it contains important supplements for my autistic child. At 16:30 I decided to track my parcel as I have not heard anyting. On the tracking page it stated that the parcel has not been delivered due to no one being at home. This is totally untrue as I was at home and no one phoned me. Furthermore I would like to know how on earth did these people get into the estate to see that I am not at home. No record if them being here can be found. So please explain to me how this is possible and why you are *****ing around. Ifmy child ends up in hospital this weekend I will send the bill to you and your totally in competent staff.
