Absolutely pathetic

Courier guy pretends it's all safe and amazing with its deliveries, but will hand over your package to anyone??? Then when you speak to customer service asking who the heck received your package they're just like 🤷🏻♀️ Absolutely pathetic. What is the point of having your name and contact details on a package, and an OTP, if you're just going to deliver it to anyone??? What am I meant to do now?
