Absolutely ********** service from the courier guy!

I received a call from the courier guy on 23.12.2022 Friday evening, the *********** woman advised that the parcel will be delivered the next day - 24.12.2022. The parcel did not arrive! Today - 28.12.2022 - I received an email stating that the parcel was scheduled to be delivered today. Clearly the staff at the Pinetown branch have no idea what is going on!!??!!

I asked for an eta - 1.5 hours have passed and still no response regarding an eta. I have been in contact with Cherine Jacobs via email - she advised Sindi from Ops will give her an eta shortly - which has not happened. As according to Cobie at the Pinetown branch - Sindi is on leave. So, only God knows how Sindi is supposed to give me an eta when she isn't even at work...

Absolutely ********** service! They should close up and go home!
