Absolutely disgusting service

Parcel in transit. I received a link to make payment. When I made payment rather than R37.00 deducted, there wa R723.00 deducted from my account and paid to an overseas company. I have tried 21 calls to try speak to someone - NO ONE was available. I got on their chat bot. Been on it since 09h11 today and its now nearly 2 hours - no help whatsoever. Left messages on after hours cell numbers - NOTHING - no response. Sent Web complaint - no response. The service is the worst I have ever experienced. The dont give a damn about their clients. The service is zero. And I wonder if they ever read these reviews - probably not. They dont understand service! Disgusted. Don't support this company - ever!!
