Absolutely Bad Service

The service is pathetic and their JHB call centre is so unprofessional and useless. I was following up on my parcel and no one could tell me what was happening and the 5 of the Agents cut me off as they were claiming that i was being transferred to their track and tcace department. The last one i spoke to was Sicelo who advised me that now the parcel was sent back to pochefstroom instead of being delivered to my address. Today is a third day and when i contacted the Pochefstroom branch they advised that the driver from JHB made a mistake and sent back the parcel and they will deliver before end of the week. An overnight delivery has now turned to a week really - this company really needs to review it's processes and work hard on customer service i am not impressed.
