Absolute *******

Paid for passports to be shipped on Friday with a note very clearly indicating that it urgently needs to be delivered on Monday between 9-1. This Monday we phone in at 8. Apparently they just overwrite notes because they normally they deliver passports on a Tuesday to the embassies despite being told on the previous Friday that this specifically opens only on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. And to fix the problem which they have now caused will cost R500 because all the cars have left already. Absolutely pathetic and unprofessional excuses. This company is an abomination. Honestly how hard is it to be paid to follow instructions.
