Absolute joke.ruined Christmas for my sister

I have been waiting for a parcel to arrive,it has been in george since the 15th December ,today is the 20th December . tried calling the entire day yesterday,finally someone picked up after atleast 20 times ,she said she cannot help me and will call me back(After being on hold for 15 minutes),waited 3 hours before I called them back when they told me my package is now in swellendam for some reason.She then said they will collect from swellendam depot and have it delivered by today(20 december).I informed courier guy george that it is a Christmas gift for my step sister who is 13 years old and that I have to leave for my vacation by 14h00 at the latest. no surprise I still have no package.no one awnsers the phone or replies on fb messenger. it's absolutely shocking service,I have never experienced such bad service in my life. My step sister will now not be receiving her Christmas present she has been wanting all year. if the courier guy george can please contact me ,I will arrange for a real courier to collect .I have sent packages to London faster than it takes courier guy george to get a package from George to stilbaai
