absolute hopeless
absolutely hopeless reference number *** going from fnb to fnb account i sent proof of payment to their email address from my app was told they dont accept smses it was an email now they didnt collect my parcel what a lot of time wasters

07 Oct 2021, 15:38I use many couriers and never had so much problems as this lot i always use my phone app and use it to send proof of payment going from one fnb account to another is instant and i am told "that i will have to wait for it to clear tommorow"?????????? Its not going to timbuktoo its going from fnb to fnb which goes thru straight away. Not very clued up

07 Oct 2021, 17:55the person who responded to my complaint seemed like she was on something as after she said they required a email from bank re payment she then said did i get them to collect and for a second time she asked for the reference number HELLO are you all asleep there please refund my money no wonder so many people complain about you

07 Oct 2021, 18:15please make sure you refund my money i wont ask for an email proof of payment it will go thru automatically you are absolutely the worst couriers and you have so much bad feedback no wonder there are other couriers who laugh about you they know all the muck ups you have made
