I had an amazing experience from Mr Xolani from the pudo team after I had struggled with a parcel that went to the wrong destination. This guy literally called mw back three days after checking if my parcel had been successfully redirected and all. I would highly recommend this to anyone if all customer service centers were to be like this guy. Ibjust felt it was necessary to give this shoutout cause his service was splendid. Amd I am a happy customer.
