A pleasant experience

The lockers weren’t functional today and I couldn’t get assisted through the WhatsApp channel but I sent an email and a lady by the name of Samantha Hlako mailed me back and gave me a call to assist me with my issue. She continued to listen and understand fully what the problem is, explained to me that there’s a locker technical problem across and went over and above to assist, I was truly impressed and loved that she even called throughout the day to keep me updated and ask if there’s anything I needed further assistance with, what a breathe of fresh air from the courier guy. A first and hopefully more of the consultants can take from this.
