A ****** Mess!

I had a consignment of frozen ostrich meat sent to me for a next day delivery. The box had "perishable" and "keep frozen" stickers all over it. Despite all the above, the package was delivered 48 hours late so when I opened it, instead of neatly packed packets of meat I was faced with a ****** ****erally) mess. After being "in transit" for almost 4 days (it was despatched on Monday morning and only delivered on Thursday evening) it would have defrosted anyway, but it didn't help that the polystyrene box in which the product was packed had been broken.

I am very unimpressed with Courier Guy!
