A friendly welcome and good service attitude. This is what it's all about being in the 'Frontline' Reception & Service of most Customer Orientated Businesses. Knowing all too well, that their competitors are also looking for your custom, the more similar types of Courier & Delivery businesses the more competitive and better services and attitude of the 'Frontline' staff. Being a total 'Newby' at using such type of interprovincial and National Courier/Delivery, I needed to know all bout sending Parcels & Boxes to the Western Cape. A very experienced Chantelle Crouse who was handling one of their very busy Friday Kiosks at the 'The Carrier Guy Kiosk' in Newton Park PE, Looked up and immediately realised that I'd properly required a lot of time. She made a valued suggestion, that if there were no immediate need to have my delivery made before next week, it would be better to rather come back, if it were at all possible, between 8 - 11 on Saturday morning, as it would be a lot fewer deliveries, thus she would be in a better-unrushed position to assist. Now, that's what I like about her attitude and the excellent way of handling a situation of non-urgency. Well done Chantelle Crouse.
