A complete waste of time and money.

I have had the absolute worst experience with this company over the last two weeks. I am a national athlete with specific time instructions when it comes to my embassy / visa applications.

When you can actually get hold of them, their communication is atrocious. I’ve had to pay twice, close to R1000, in order for them to get my application to the embassy on the right date at the right time - which they’ve missed. When asking for my documents to be returned to the kiosk in order for me to collect and deliver myself, I was told I need to fetch it from their main office myself, or wait for the specific delivery dates.

Not one person has offered their apologies or event a refund for the breakdown in communication as well as the terrible service. Instead they blame the embassy, who actually called me themselves and said that this is not the first time the courier guy has given bad service to their clients. I requested my documents to be returned today, only to contact the kiosk myself and be told that my documents are still sitting at the main Johannesburg hub. Due to these delays I will most likely not be able to travel and completing my Olympic qualifier. Disgusting and unacceptable.
