A bad service I received from COURIERGUY,it’s not service it’s trauma!

I had a very bad experience and now they don’t even want to refund me,I placed an order on Thursday 17/07/2025,which was an overnight courier,Friday no communication,Saturday still no communication,on Monday I received an email stating that they are unable to find my address.I registered my cellphone also,if you can’t find my address then you can call me.Monday morning I received a call confirming my address.Tuesday a drive contacted me at around 10:19,12:00 I called the guy ask if he is collecting my parcel,14:00 I called again,16:00 I called again then now the guy doesn’t answer my calls.I send an email asking them to cancel my order and refund me,someone by the name Munyaradzi Chivayambuya email me back telling me how they used their resources looking for my address.I asked him/her to forward me the department phone numbers so I can speak to them,the last email he/she send me told me I will not be refunded as the department has rejected my request,I don’t see myself recommending any individual about courier guy,I don’t see myself ever doing any business with them ever again.If this is how the are running their business then I believe they are going to lose a lot of customers.
