7 days Delivery time

My delivery has not arrived. I dropped it in the locker on Wednesday the 10th of July. Today is Monday the 15th of July. I called in to ask when it would be delivered. They said only tomorrow the 16th of July or Wednesday the 17th of July. So basically they take a full week or 7 days to deliver but they promise on their website that it takes 1-4 business days.
