7 Days Dbn to Hoedspruit

I booked a locker via the internet, was given a locker PIN, but when I went to drop off my parcel, there was already someone else's goods in the locker ! Not good ! After complaining, they said they would credit my account which they did, and I booked another order. I re- booked my small parcel to Kampersrus, Limpopo, on 11 Dec. When I tracked the parcel it had gone from Dbn-Jnb-Lydenberg-Nel-and back to Jnb !! When I queried why it had gone back to Jnb, I was told that it was supposed to have gone from Jhb-Hoedspruit so it had to come all the way back to Jnb. Seriously, how can you get this so wrong. Net result a small parcel that should have been in Kampersrus yesterday, will now only get to them on Monday 18 Dec. 7 Days. Should have stuck to Postnet, May cost a bit more but at least I trust them to get my parcels to their destination on time.
