6 days and waiting, for parcel to arrive from JHB to PTA

I placed an online order on 27 November. Delivery was handled by The Courier Guy. According to their tracking pagem, it arrived at Equestria branch on 29 November. It was then dispatched that same day, and returned to depot the same day. It was then dispatched the following day (30 November) and returned to depot that same day. I phoned them on Wednesday 1st December, and I was todl the courier had a flat tire the previous day, but should be getting it that same day. Today is Friday 3 December, and I still have not received it. Phoned headoffice and Equestria branch twice this morning, and twice this afternoon, and no one has answered. I sent an email this morning, and got a reply from Still Bay saying "The relevant kiosk will be in touch". Still haven't heard from them. It's a birthday gift for my wife, and her birthday is just around the corner. I think the service (at least in this case) was not good.
