5 Shipments gone wrong

I have sent 5 parcels with Pudo this week. Nr 1) From Strand to Paarl; is now in JHB with no one being able to give me an answer. Nr 2-5) Delivered to Courier Guy in Somerset West: No tracking detail except that it was handed in. I have been on the phone with Courier Guy Cape Town for 10 minutes and accept for being spoken to as if I am a naughty child with the most patronizing tone of voice, no answers can be given to me with regards to what is happening. Is the Pudo product failing? How can I recommend this to people if you are not able to send a parcel from Strand to Paarl? Or tell me what has happened to my other 4 parcels. I am shocked at the poor service delivery
