Worst service ever! Service was booked for pickup online but pickup wasn't done. 2 days later I took the parcel to the counter. TCG said parcel was going out for delivery on Monday 02 Sept - Sms for delivery was shared but at the end of the day, we were told that the driver's tyre was flat and delivery was now extended by another 2 days.

My question is? In the whole of Dbn only 1 delivery vehicle is available?
