Last time I used this crowd, I promised I'd never use them again. This time it was all about second chances, and this time I'm 100% convinced that I'll never use them again. The drivers call you for two rings and then drop the phone. If you try to call them back, you'll never get an answer. The call center is just as bad, they will tell you the ops manager called you and could not get through to your phone, then the next call center agent tells you the ops manager called you, and told you the driver would be at your house in 15minutes. All staff lie to cover each others back. DONT USE THIS CROWD.
