4 Steps to Failure

1. Communication As simple as reply to an email from some of the branch managers is just too much to ask of them.

2. Zero Accountabilty After mis-directing a parcel of mine, I lost out on a sale, when I complained about this, they simply told me to NEVER promise a date for delivery , wow, really ?

3. Attitude To make matters in the above worse, when I asked them to bring the parcel back to me (even though it was still in their hands and never delivered) , I was charged for the return as well.

4. Billing , do yourself a favor, dont open an account with them, they are simply the only company I have ever heard of that offers a better rate to cash / once off customers compared to loyal daily business clients.

I even called head office and spoke to nameless "higher" management, no answer could be given on this.
