3rd Grade service at the Courier Guy

the Courier Guy is getting worse and worse.I battle getting thru to 3 contact no,s When I finally get thru the person on the other side could obviously not get the address of a firm in Pretoria that they got on their computer.Then after it seemed for ever put me thru to someone else ,than got the address wrong of the co.in Pretoria and quoted an address in Jo,burg of the same co. he did not know what he was doing and simply put the phone down.I also asked to speak to a manager and after a long time nothing happened.They obviously are Not selective enough in employing not to intelligent people.
