3 out of 6 boxes goods arrive broken after 3 years using TCG

After using The Courier Guy for 3 years, I have had 3 packages arrive with broken goods to clients on the same day. I sent out 6 boxes on Monday 3/2/25, and 3 of the boxes arrived with broken goods inside. All of the items were individually bubble wrapped and double boxed, to ensure maximum protection for the items inside.

Unfortunately The Courier Guy refuse to accept any responsibility for the goods arriving broken, even though the Liability Cover was selected. They are hiding behind fine print stating that they do not accept any responsibility for glass being broken.

I am just at an utter loss for words that after 3 years not having anything broken, I have now had 3 boxes all on the same day arrived with damaged goods.

Needless to say I will never use The Courier Guy again, and will seek an alternate courier that will take responsibility for their staff’s negligence.
