2nd Time delaying my parcels for no reason

I have ordered a parcel from The Coffee Pod Guru, excellent service from them. Unfortunately Coffee Pod Guru Makes use of the company The Courier Guy, Ive been doing online purchases for years now and never did I have problems like I do with The Courier Guy, this is now the second time they delayed one of my parcels. I normally receive my parcels between 8 and 9am from other courier companies. I had a chat with the owner of Coffee Pod Guru and even she was surprised at the bad service and attitude of the Port Elizabeth branch of The Courier Guy, she asked them to please deliver it yesterday but no they didn't care about her instruction. I had a phone-call from Courier guy to say my parcel will be delivered on Monday but as expected from this company its now already Tuesday and "NO PARCEL". This company is giving a very bad reputation to online companies due to they're poor service. I also told the owner of Coffee Pod Guru that this is a company I will never make use of again. They didn't even know about the Coffee Pod Guru company when I phoned them yesterday.
