2.5 months Insurance refund still not paid

I was quoted and charged the price on the online quoting system with insurance. I was later informed that my package could not be insured because my invoice was too old. This was fine as my package was delivered safely and on time. Now to get my insurance money refunded....??? I was charged R380 for the insurance and 2.5 months later I have still not been refunded. I have been told constantly it will be done. But week after week still no refund. Very disappointed. This would have been 5 star if my refund was processed the same week.
