2 weeks later and still no delivery

I have booked a next day collection/delivery with The Courier Guy on the 7th of January for a parcel to be collected and delivered. The parcel was collected but it never got delivered. 1st they told me they could not get hold of me and there was no one at the delivery address. The delivery address is at a company open 24 hours, 365 days per year. Today is the 19th of January and my parcel is still MIA. No feedback, no response just passing the buck from Cindy.
